ABOUT THE CELL
Since 2005, the Career Opportunity Cell has been working diligently under the guidance of (Retd.) Prof. Poonam Bewtra, Former Director of the Career Opportunity Cell. The vision of the Cell has been to empower the young women of the college by facilitating meaningful career and employment opportunities. Over the years, the Cell has built strong associations with several reputed corporate organisations, providing valuable placement opportunities to its students. Students of the college have been successfully placed in renowned organisations such as S&P Capital IQ, EY, Fluor Daniel, Genpact, Aon Hewitt, Concentrix, and ICICI Prudential, among others.
In addition to facilitating placements, the Cell places a strong emphasis on early career exposure. To enhance employability, the Cell regularly organizes career counselling sessions, aptitude and online assessments, skill-development ssions, and industry interactions. These initiatives equip students with the knowledge, confidence, and professional skills required to excel in today's competitive job market.
Students are provided with internship opportunities, enabling them to gain practical experience, develop professional skills, and understand the expectations of the corporate world. Guided by transparency, professionalism, and student-centric values, the Career Opportunity Cell acts as a vital link between students and industry, ensuring a seamless recruitment process while nurturing career-ready graduates who are prepared to make a meaningful impact in the professional world.

Through career counselling, mentoring, and focused interactions, we encourage our students to recognise their strengths, define their career goals, and develop an understanding of the changing requirements of the industry.
