History of the Society

InQuizition began quite simply as the "Quiz Club" in the year 1995 under the leadership of Dr. Ruplekha Khuller from the Philosophy department, and her erstwhile colleague Ms. Subhalakshmi Shankaran of the Sociology department. In 2013 -14 the society started registering student members into its fold and organised itself under the name, InQuizition. It has been active for the last 22 years or so under various names. Every year InQuizition organises quizzes at the inter-college and intra-departmental levels for both students and faculty members. Currently, this society is recognised as "The Quiz Cell".

Our Vision: We aim to create an environment for the holistic development of the members and nurture their growth. Frequent brainstorming sessions with members help us focus on inventing our unique way of quizzing, which make us stand apart in the University Quizzing circuit.
